Raspberry Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
Directions:
In a cold mixing bowl, beat whipping cream on high, adding vanilla extract and sugar to taste. Once cream is stiff, slowly add raspberry syrup until desired color is reached.
Serve on top of brownies or blueberry pie.
*If you make your syrup on the tarter side, add more sugar to the whipped cream. If you make the syrup sweet, no need to add a lot of sugar when making the cream.
