Popcorn Brussel SproutsThey're so good, you can eat 'em like popcorn!
Ingredients:
- 1llb brussel sprouts
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions:Preheat oven to 400. Slice brussel sprouts in half lengthwise, removing any loose leaves. Place face up (cut side up) on a baking sheet. Whisk together remaining ingredients and drizzle over brussel sprouts. Roast until they start to crisp and caramelize, approximately 20 minutes.
