Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry
- ½ lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, olive oil, and rosemary. Mix well with a whisk or fork. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour mixture on top of both breasts evenly. Bake chicken uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
