Josh’s Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen/chopped spinach (thaw, do not cook, and squeeze dry)
- 16 oz sour cream (reduced fat is fine)
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (reduced fat is fine)
- 1 package of Knorr or Lipton Vegetable dip mix
- 3 green onions chopped
Directions:
Mix together, refrigerate (or not!), and serve
