Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chicken breasts and reduce heat to medium. Spoon garlic on top of and around chicken. Cook covered until chicken is white on the outside. Remove cover and brown chicken over medium-high heat on either side. Chicken should be cooked throughout; if not, continue to cook covered over medium heat until it is. Serve with crispy garlic cloves!
