Chantilly Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbls sugar (extra fine or powdered works best)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- optional: 1 - 2 tsp cognac or 1 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
Chill your mixing bowl and the beaters of a hand-mixer before use. Combine ingredients in chilled mixing bowl and beat together on high until mixture becomes stiff. (Do not overbeat or you'll end up with butter!)
Serve on top of desserts, espresso, or coffee. (Or eat with a spoon!)
